Soft Packer
EATA250 cigarettes packer is suitable for small and medium-sized cigarettes factories to pack cigarettes of various specifications up to 180 PPM (packs per minute) on a standard cigarettes pack. EATA250 is the result of the continuous technical improvement made in recent years on the Sasib3000 packer. Thanks to these improvements, the production capacity of EATA250 is significantly higher than that of the original Sasib3000.
EATA250 soft packer, with his engine, forms its independent transmission system or can run connected with the full packing line because it can be positioned flexibly in relation to the pack wrapper, and cartoner/overwrapper or naked wrapper. Tailor-made conveyors connect these equipments and provide improved accessibility also for linking the packer with any other downstream equipment.
EATA250 adopts vacuum suction molding and, thanks to a PC control panel, the slow starting with speed regulation, the automatic detecting and ejecting of the packs that do not conform to customer specifications, and the failure indicating. EATA250 is the perfect choice for low-speed packs production, with the advantages of good packs quality, simple operation and maintenance, and highly efficiency. Able to operate in some of the harshest environments, EATA250 provides a reliable and predictable output which contributes to its remarkable total-life, low-cost ownership. EATA250 can be supplied to produce packs with different quantity of cigarettes (20, 10, 5), using cigarettes with different length and diameter (KS, Nano, Superslim, Queen Size, 100’s). Furthermore, the equipment can be prepared according to the specific requests of the customer that do not fall within the standard formats.
