EATA500 creates the carton wrapping more packs together using polypropylene (BOOP film), usually 10 packs together (5×2), but the number of packs and the layout can be changed according to the customer’s requirements. It can be installed on the hard packing line with different specifications.
EATA500, thanks to a PC control panel, has the speed regulation and the function of automatic detecting and ejecting of the packs that do not conform to customer specifications. With his engine can form its independent transmission system or can run connected with the full packing line. Tailor-made conveyors connect this equipment and provide improved accessibility also for linking the cartoner with any other downstream equipment.
