EATA800 is an equipment for regenerating and disposing rejects from a cigarettes making and packing line. The features of the equipment are compactness, good appearance, small size, high yield, low noise.
EATA800 disposes rejects maintaining an high quality of the cigarettes because the recovered tobacco don’t contains paper scrap, don’t reduce his grade, and the umidity and color remain unchanged. Any pretreatment is not required. Working with a cigarettes line, EATA800 can be installed directly with the equipment for production and packaging of cigarettes, or installed separately.
EATA800 has a rated capacity of 25 kg/hour and a recovery rate of 90%.
