EATA Ltd supplies a wide range of solutions suitable for small and medium-sized cigarettes factories to produce and pack cigarettes with various specifications, built around customer requests. Our solutions can be provided to produce different lengths of cigarette, different sizes of filter, customised diameter, packs containing a customised number of cigarettes, and cartons of different format.

Cigarettes Makers

The cigarettes makers form tobacco into a long rod, wraps it in paper, and glues the seam. Knives cut this “endless cigarette” to the required length with a speed of up from 2,500 to 6,500 CPM (cigarettes per minute). The filter is then attached and wrapped with a paper mouthpiece. These cigarettes are then sent to the packer machines to form the pack.

EATA100/150 (Up to 2,500 CPM) – The cigarettes maker is suitable for small and medium-sized cigarettes factories and it is the result of the continuous technical improvement made in recent years on the Molins MK8 and Hauni Max3 or Molins PA8. Thanks to these improvements, the production capacity of EATA100/150 is significantly higher than that of the originals Molins MK8 and Hauni Max3 or Molins PA8.

EATA120/170 (Up to 6,500 CPM) – The cigarettes maker is suitable for medium-sized cigarettes factories and it is the result of the continuous technical improvement made in recent years on the Molins MK9 and Hauni Max70. Thanks to these improvements, the production capacity of EATA120/170 is significantly higher than that of the originals Molins MK9 and Hauni Max70.

Cigarettes Packers

The cigarettes packers receive the cigarettes produced by the cigarette makers machines, collates them, fills them into aluminum foil bundle, and puts them into the sheets to form the pack through gluing. The packs can be box or soft. These packs are then sent to the pack wrapper machine to wrap each pack with polypropylene.

EATA200 (Hinge Lid Packer) – It is suitable for small and medium-sized cigarettes factories to pack cigarettes of various specifications up to 180 PPM (packs per minute) on a standard cigarettes pack. EATA200 is the result of the continuous technical improvement made in recent years on the Molins HLP2 packer. Thanks to these improvements, the production capacity of EATA200 is significantly higher than that of the original HLP2.

EATA250 (Soft Packer) – It is suitable for small and medium-sized cigarettes factories to pack cigarettes of various specifications up to 150 PPM (packs per minute) on a standard cigarettes pack. EATA250 is the result of the continuous technical improvement made in recent years on the Sasib3000 packer. Thanks to these improvements, the production capacity of EATA250 is significantly higher than that of the original Sasib3000.

Tax Stamp Applicator

EATA300 – It sticks the tax mark on each of the packs received by the hinge lid cigarette packer machine, and then sends them to the pack wrapper.

Pack Wrapper

EATA400 – It wraps the polypropylene around each of the packs received by the tax stamp applicator machine, and then sends them to the machine to create the sleeves chosen to merge multiple packs together.

Cartoning

The packs completed by the packs wrapper are then merged to create the sleeve, using only polypropylene or even cardboard. The number of merged packs and the size of the sleeve may vary according to the customer’s requests.

EATA500 (Naked Wrapper) – It creates the sleeves wrapping more packs together using polypropylene. The packs are received by the wrapper machine. With this operation, the product is ready to be eventually boxed in master cases.

EATA600 (Cartoner) – It creates the sleeves merging more packs together using cardboard. The packs are received by the packs wrapper machine and then the sleeves are sent to the over wrapper machine to wrap each of them with polypropylene.

EATA700 (Over Wrapper) – It wraps with polypropylene the sleeves received by the cartoner machine. With this operation, the product is ready to be eventually boxed in master cases.

Filters Makers

The filters makers, being taking the acetate tow as the main material, form filters into a long rod opening the acetate tow, gluing, rolling, side seaming, and slitting all the materials. The plug wrap paper is automatic jointed during the production process. Knives cut this “endless filter” to the required length with a speed of up from 150 to 400 MPM (meters per minute).

EATA900 (Up to 150 MPM) – It is a full filters making machine for the production of monoacetate filter rods at up to 150 MM (meters per minute). It consists of two main parts: opening & gluing part and filter rod shaping part.

Reclaimer
