EATA100/150 cigarettes maker is suitable for small and medium-sized cigarettes factories to produce cigarettes of various specifications.
EATA100 with EATA150 forms a full cigarettes making machine for the production of filter tipped cigarettes at up to 2,500 CPM (cigarettes per minute) on a standard cigarette length. EATA100 is also available as just a plain maker or linked to a EATA150 to produce filter tipped cigarettes. EATA100 and EATA150 are the result of the continuous technical improvement made in recent years on the Molins MK8 maker and Hauni MAX3 or Molins PA8 filter assemblers. Thanks to these improvements, the production capacity of EATA100/150 is significantly higher than that of the original MK8/MAX3 or MK8/PA8.
EATA100/150 adopts the automatic weight control, vacuum suction molding, speed regulation thanks to a PC control panel, frequency inverter for main motor, and it has the advantages of good cigarettes quality, simple operation and maintenance. Highly efficient, simple to operate and able to run on virtually any tobacco types, this equipment is the perfect choice for low-speed cigarette production. EATA100/150 can be supplied to produce cigarettes of different length (from 65 to 120 mm), of different diameter (from 5.4 to 9 mm) and with filters of different length (from 15 to 30 mm). Furthermore, the equipments can be prepared according to the specific requests of the customer that do not fall within the standard formats.
